Day of Wedding Package
Our “Day of Wedding” package is designed for the couple who has chosen
to make their wedding plans on their own. You will have picked your
vendors and services. We will visit the venue and oversee and coordinate
all details of your wedding day so that you can celebrate without a
worry. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Initial consultation one month prior to your wedding
- Create day of timeline for Wedding Party and vendors
- Review and confirm all details with the Wedding Party, family and vendors one week prior to your wedding
- Develop detailed itinerary for Wedding Party, family, guests and vendors
- Liaison between Wedding Party, family, guests and vendors
- Coordinate, manage and supervise ceremony and reception
- Assist with wedding rehearsal and ceremony details
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place
- Use of “Bridal Emergency Kit”
- Cuing of Wedding Party, musicians, photographer and announcements
- Assist with photograph session of Wedding Party and family
- Greet and manage welcoming of guests to the ceremony and reception
- Oversee set-up and breakdown of event
- End of Event pack up and distribution of items
Wedding Planning Package
This package is designed for the couple who prefers more assistance with
the planning of their wedding but still want to be involved in crafting
their event. Entering the process at any point, we will customize a
plan then guide you through the many aspects of your wedding as we
become the primary contact for your big day. Our services include, but
are not limited to:
- Up to 10 hours of consultation
- Review and critique all contracts and services
- Develop and plan budget
- Assist with Save the Date, Invitations, Place Cards and Gift Baskets
- Assist with floor plan and seating arrangements
- Assist with transportation of Wedding Party and guests
- Distribute final payments and gratuities
- Includes all services offered in the “Day of Wedding” package
Full Service Wedding Package
This package is for the busy couple who want a professional to manage
and oversee every detail from start to finish. We will determine all the
essentials for your wedding day as we develop the wedding theme, find
the perfect location, hire professional vendors, negotiate contracts,
and keep you up-to-date on all aspects of your wedding allowing you the
luxury of enjoying your special day. Our services include, but are not
limited to:
- Unlimited Consultation
- Creation of a personalized step-by-step “wedding planner” for the bride and groom
- Wedding décor and design suggestions
- Coordinate and assist with rehearsal dinner
- Research and negotiate group-rates for room accommodations
- Develop a production and wedding timeline
- Suggest vendors and negotiate contracts
- Schedule and attend vendor meetings
- Coordinate guest gifts and party favors
- An attendant for the bridal party
